Message content
Text and media sent to Igor to generate AI responses on your behalf.
Profile information
Public profile data (name, platform user ID) provided by Meta — Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp.
Business data
Information provided by the business owner (Maestro) during setup: services, prices, and FAQs.
Interaction metadata
Timestamps, platform type (Instagram / Messenger / WhatsApp), and conversation IDs.
2. How we use your information
- To generate real-time AI-driven responses via Igor.
- To route and manage appointment requests for the business.
- To maintain conversation context so Igor can give accurate, consistent replies.
- To improve the Igor AI model’s accuracy over time.
3. Data sharing
We do NOT sell personal data. Ever.
Data is only shared with the following parties, and only as required to operate the service:
- Infrastructure providers — n8n, Vercel, Prisma/Neon — strictly for service operations.
- Law enforcement — only when legally required by applicable law.
4. Data retention
Active accounts
Conversation data is retained for as long as the business account remains active.
Deletion requests
Data is permanently deleted within 48 hours upon a valid user or business owner request.
5. Your rights
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you.
