B2B software development

We build the softwareyour business runs on.

LogicForge is a B2B software company. We sit with your team, learn how the work actually happens, then design, build and support the apps, integrations and automations that fit it.

Example of a project app we build: switch between its board, backlog, calendar and Gantt views.

The problem

Off-the-shelf tools get you most of the way.Your team covers the rest by hand.

  • Re-keying the same data

Orders and invoices typed into three systems by hand, with three chances for a typo.

  • Approvals stuck in inboxes

Requests wait days for one signature, and nobody can see where they stand.

  • Reports already out of date

Monday’s spreadsheet is wrong by Tuesday.

We don’t build software from a distance. We build it side by side with your team.

Every project starts beside the people who’ll use it. We map how the work really runs, then prototype, build and test in loops with your team — so what goes live fits the way your business works.

Integrations

Works with the tools you already use.

We connect what you already pay for — Microsoft 365, your ERP, your store and your payments — so data moves on its own and nobody types it twice. If it has an API, we can connect it.

How we work

From first call to working software in weeks, not quarters.

A simple, fixed process. You always know what happens next, what it costs and when you’ll see it working.

Email the team

Most single-process automations go live in 2–4 weeks: a week of discovery and design, one to two weeks of build, and a week of testing with your team. Larger integrations are planned in phases so you see working software every two weeks.

No. Much of our work runs on Microsoft 365 because many teams already pay for it, but we also build web apps, integrations and automations on Google Workspace, Azure and other platforms. We recommend whatever fits the tools you already have.

Fixed-scope projects get a written scope and a fixed quote after a free discovery call, so you know the full cost before any code is written. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer with flexible hours that you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

You do. Everything we build for you — code, automations and documentation — is handed over at the end of the project and runs in your accounts, not ours.

Yes. We agree up front who owns what, share documentation as we go and hand over in a way your team can maintain after launch.

We work inside your environment wherever we can, ask only for the access a task needs and never copy production data without your approval. Every integration and permission we set up is documented, and we’re happy to sign an NDA before discovery.
